Stillness is the access point to acceleration. Developing or deepening your meditative practice is an excellent primer for guided trance and channeling. Truly. The more you allow yourself stillness and quietude of body and mind, the deeper into trance you can consciously go.
Additionally, enjoy meditative moments that promote your ability to commune with and trust in your Higher Self - such as taking a moment of silence - strolling through nature - reading a poem - journaling - staring at the ceiling - and gazing at the flame of a candle.
By breathing consciously you induce inner quietude and a calming sense of presence. Cycles of deep inhalations with dispensing exhalations give way to clarity of mind and stillness of body. Be in repose and practice conscious breathing.
