QHHT
Dolores Cannon’s in-depth method of hypnosis, fittingly called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique®, or QHHT, is the foundation on which I center my practice. I have received the Level 2 distinction, and as a dedicated practitioner I have facilitated over 6,000 session hours in over 6 years.

Psilocybin-Assisted Hypnosis
In 2000 I began exploring what it means to cultivate my spiritual awakenings with psilocybin. In 2022 I was called to partner with Mushroom Spirit to further support seekers in their conscious awakening - by combining this sacred teacher with quantum healing hypnosis - and apply the learnings from my experience and professional trainings*. Thankfully this therapeutic partnership has been decriminalized here in Oakland, CA.

This session is tailored to seekers who are interested in exploring 1 - 3 different past lives, for the purpose of healing from past life “imprints”/karma/phobias, discovering strengths and gifts that can be applied to this timeline, and recognizing members from one’s Soul Family. This guided hypnosis follows closely Dolores Cannon’s method of past life regression.

I am certified in the Introspective Hypnosis® method, as taught by Antonio Sangio. This method was developed by Aurelio Mejía. It is a method that combines several hypnosis approaches (including Eriksonian) and one that I weave into sessions, based on need. It is well-suited for:

I am certified in Michael Newton’s Method of Life Between Lives Therapy. In LBL we deepen our exploration of the spiritual world of Spirit Guides, Soul Groups, and the Soul Council who assists with incarnations and life purpose. In LBL we focus on the life we have in the spiritual dimension, for the purpose of reviewing and previewing our many past, present and future lives . I find this method valuable when added to any of the above hypnotherapy modalities. LBL can:

Spirit Releasement Therapy (srt)
Spirit Releasement Therapy (SRT) is a special form of healing which "calls forth" and identifies positive energies that enhance spiritual growth, and clears spirit or energy attachments (whether internally generated or externally attached) that restrict personal and spiritual growth. It is a way for spirt and energy to be redirected to light for healing and further growth.

past life regression
This work allows one to learn from the past, in the present, in order to unlock the future. If you are feeling called to obtain or confirm a sense of who you were in a past life, to find if anyone who you know in this life is someone you knew in another, or to gain access to suppressed memories from childhood for healing, this hypnosis session offers guidance in such introspective work. This also offers a glimpse into life-between-lives, a meeting with a spirit guide and/or ancestor (who can answer a few questions you might have), and a peek into when you were choosing to incarnate and why. This private session is one-on-one and offers a tailored past life reading. This experience and the spiritual guidance that come through may lead to broader perspectives which can lead to emotional balance which could lead to greater well-being.
Age Regression
Age Regression Therapy, also known as Inner Child Work, is an approach that focuses on resolving significant past events within this lifetime that presently interfere with mental and emotional wellness. In using hypnosis as a gateway to the subconscious, this approach is effective at alleviating phobias, depression, anger, self-limiting beliefs and sabotage, and a wide range of other concerns by revisiting and reliving the early experiences that influenced the development of these issues, then finding a positive reframe and new outlook. This type of time-line healing has significant quantum impact on the subtle energies of all connected to the experience.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of subtle energy healing, in which my hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in the healing “laying on of hands.” In this way, Universal Life Energy is transmitted to areas in need of balance.
