Kaya Sattva’s Commitment

I agree to use my experience abilities awareness and expertise to facilitate a session as best as I am able, with the assistance of your Spiritual Resources and mine. I offer you my complete and undivided attention during our scheduled QHHT session(s). I am professionally and conscientiously committed to assisting you in applying your inner resources to achieve your goals in all the best ways possible.

Client Agreement

1. I am willing to be guided through relaxation, visual imagery, hypnosis, waking dream, and stress reduction techniques. I understand that during my hypnotic trance, I have the option of halting the session at any time.

2. I am aware that Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a spiritually based method for self improvement and awareness. It is a compliment to, and not substitute for, medical or mental-health treatment. It is my responsibility to consult my doctor or health-care practitioner of any changes in my condition or changes in my medication regimen.

3. I understand that Kaya Sattva is a certified hypnotherapist who has completed extensive training, and has facilitated diverse and intensive hypnotherapy sessions. I am aware that she is not a licensed physician or mental health practitioner, and that her services are alternative and complimentary to other healing services licensed by the state of California.

4. I understand that change is my responsibility. I agree that the success of my hypnotherapy process depends on the absence of mistrust and fear of this process. It also depends on my willingness to create the change this process gives rise to, and my subsequent action towards fulfilling such change.

5. I am aware that it is my responsibility to provide Kaya Sattva with accurate information, which can be used to achieve my desired outcomes.

6. I am aware that a portion of my hypnosis session will be audio recorded, and that this private recording will be supplied to me. I am also aware that Kaya Sattva will retain ownership of the recording for up to 1 year and upon which she will delete her copy of the recording.

7. I am aware that some insight obtained through QHHT has universal applications, which Kaya Sattva may post on public online platforms for the benefit of others who resonate with the insights. I have her full assurance of respect, integrity, and professionalism, and as such my identity will not be shared in such postings nor in her personal and professional conversations.

8. I am of legal age and understand that I am entering into a cooperative relationship of my own free will. I accept that I am a willing participant in this cooperative relationship that will employ hypnotic techniques, regression, NLP and any other therapeutic forms. Therefore, I do hereby release and discharge Kaya Sattva from all claims of damages, copyright, demands or actions whatsoever in any manner arising from or growing out of my cooperative participation.
