During your session and immediately after your hypnosis, we will have time to reground and discuss some of the many insights and significant moments that just came through for you - just not all of the many insights.
And so, after listening to your recording and “sitting” with the content a day or so after your session, having a follow-up can help you further process and integrate the many gifts of your experience.
This follow-up is arranged upon request, up to 3 months post-session.
